Abigail Breslin grins for the press at the after party for the Broadway opening of The Miracle Worker held in NYC on Wednesday night (March 3rd).
Abigal stars as Helen Keller in the show, playing the deaf and blind activist and author who learned to communicate with the help of her teacher, Annie Sullivan (played by Alison Pill).
Abigail’s first performance earned mixed reviews! “Managing to be both demonic and touching, Abigail Breslin (“Little Miss Sunshine”) gives a tremendous performance as Helen Keller in the first Broadway revival of “The Miracle Worker.”” but another review says, “The Miracle Worker” is supposed to be a “tear jerker but leaves you dry in the eyes- this is a problem.”
