Abigail Breslin stopped by Jimmy Fallon on Monday to promote her new Broadway show, The Miracle Worker!
Abigail reveals that she’s very excited to play the role, as Helen Keller is one of her role models. She also says that the part is very challenging and physical because Helen had to communicate with her body before learning tactile sign language with her teacher, Annie.
“I don’t know sign language, I only know the alphabet, so I can spell things, but I can’t do it in the normal sign language,” Abigail tells Jimmy.
