Victoria Justice was spotted shopping on Bleecker Street in New York City today (March 12th), braving the rain and smiling at the paparazzi.
The Victorious starlet was in NYC for promotion at the Nickelodeon Hosts 2010 Upfront Presentation and tweeted, “Got to dress up today and hang out with my Nick friends!! Having sooo much fun, I wannna marry this city.”
Then later in the day she wrote, “Just had the BEST carrot cake of my life. God, I love food. Now off to go see “Jersey Boys” on Broadway!!! My last night here:(”
