Nickelodeon‘s new show ‘Victorious’ starring Victoria Justice received top ratings in its time slot for the premiere on Sunday, April 11th. The show topped all basic cable programming with 3.5 million total viewers.
Here are some number stats for those of you who like that kind of thing 
:
Victorious earned a 6.4/1.4 million K6-11, 6.2/1.3 million, tweens 9-14 and 3.5 million total viewers, and posted double-digit gains of +42% (K6-11), +68% (T9-14) and +26% (P2+) over last year. Nick closed the week (4/5/10-4/11/10) as basic cable’s number-one network in total day with double-digit gains in delivery of +10% among kids 6-11 (3.1/676,000 million) and +20% with tweens.
Did you watch the premiere? I did and think that it’s going to continue to be a hit for the cable channel.
