Emily Osment looks stunning on the red carpet at the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards last night (June 20) in Toronto.

Emily presented the award for Best International Music Video by a Canadian with Kristin Cavallari. Justin Bieber was the recipient of the award. Congrats Justin!

Guess who officially has Bieber fever now? Emily tweeted, “MMVAs have just begun! Just presented, you guys are NUTS. Must say….I officially have Bieber fever. Don’t tell ’.
