Demi Lovato and her family headed out to dinner at The Cheesecake Factory last night (January 30th).
The outing comes just after Demi arrived home after her stay in an Illinois treatment center back in November 2010.
Reportedly getting help for “emotional and physical issues,” a representative for the Disney star confirmed, “Demi is happy to be back home and near her family again.”

Justin tweeted about the filming last week with, “Can’t really say what I’m up to today but when u guys find out its gonna be funny as heck.”

In other news, Joe reportedly gave Ashley a promise ring over the holidays. It’s said to consist of diamonds arranged in the shape of a flower and set in platinum!

Alex Pettyfer is reportedly passing on playing Jace Wayland in the Mortal Instruments series.
Vulture magazine reveals, “Talks between Screen Gems and reps for Alex Pettyfer have reached an impasse even though he’s a top choice of vocal Cassandra Clare fans to play the role of Jace, insiders now say a deal won’t be made: We’re told that as much as Pettyfer likes the ‘Instruments’ series, he likes ‘The Last Apprentice’ books even more.”
Perhaps it can be chalked up to fond childhood memories but they hear he’s mostly excited about working with visually inventive Russian director Sergey Bodrov, who directed 2005′s Nomad and 2007′s Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan.
