One Direction Win for Best Single at the 2012 BRIT Awards

It was a great night at the 2012 BRIT Awards for the guys of One Direction - Niall, Liam, Louis, Harry and Zayn. They won for Best Single!

The guys were ecstatic and told the press they have their fans to thank. “First of all, we would like to thank every single person who voted for us. There are fans around the world who have been absolutely incredible to us since we told them that we got nominated for a Brit and it’s an absolute pleasure to collect it. Thank you very much.”

Band member Harry Styles commented about how things like this don’t happen to everyone and how lucky they are. He said, “We’re 18, 19, 20 years old. People like us don’t get to stuff like what we’re doing very often and we just feel so grateful to all the fans who’ve put us where we are, all the radio and music channels that have helped us along the way.”

Congrats to One Direction for the win!
