John Mayer and Katy Perry still strong despite rumors from London

We’ve long suspected that John Mayer walks around in a permanent cloud of unsavoriness scented with a hint of Axe body spray, not unlike the dirt haze that hangs over Pig Pen from “The Peanuts.” So, it’s not too surprising that anyone who gets too close to the Katy Perry-dating crooner might end up covered in that airborne schmutz, which is apparently what has happened to “Girls” star Allison Williams.

Last Friday, the London Daily Mail spied the 25-year-old actress (and daughter of newsman Brian Williams) at a New York shindig with Mayer, 35, who just happens to be buddies with her boyfriend of two years, CollegeHumor co-founder Ricky Van Veen.

Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, One Direction and Selena Gomez are all winners on Radio Disney

Selena Gomez is stunning at the Radio Disney AwardsThe 2013 Radio Disney Awards were all about bright colors and big stars, featuring appearances from Selena Gomez, Cody Simpson and Bridgit Mendler, among others. The event, which happened on April 27th at the Nokia Theater in L.A., honored popular young musicians — and many of the attendees had current or former ties to Disney and Nickelodeon family shows.

Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and One Direction were among the winners tonight at the Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMA). The awards show, a celebration of music’s most popular young artists as voted on by kid and tween fans, took place at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE and included performances by Gomez, Cher Lloyd, Bridgit Mendler, Cody Simpson, Mindless Behavior, Austin Mahone and Coco Jones.

The RDMA show will be presented Saturday, May 4 on the popular WATCH Disney Channel app available on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, as well as online at WATCHDisneyChannel.com. In addition to the music awards, five kids from across the country received the “Heroes For Change” Award in recognition of their efforts to make a difference in their communities. Each honoree was recognized on stage alongside their favorite stars: Selena Gomez presented to Misha Ahmad on behalf of UNICEF; “Shake It Up” stars Caroline Sunshine and Adam Irigoyen presented to Denzell Perry for Boys & Girls Club of America; Jeff Corwin (“Litton’s Weekend Adventure”) presented to Dara Reyes for the National Park Foundation; Debby Ryan (“Jessie”) presented to Ben Harowitz for Free the Children; and Bella Thorne (“Shake It Up”) presented to Mary Dawson for Youth Service America. Additionally, Ellen DeGeneres, The Wanted, Carly Rae Jepsen and Justin Bieber appeared via video to present a Special Recognition Award to manager Scooter Braun for his charitable work with Pencils of Promise.

One Direction just revealed the title of their upcoming movie — This Is Us!

The band revealed clues and letters via Twitter for their fans to unscramble.

“BIG NEWS! #1D3DMovie has been given a title! We want our fans to be the first to know,” they wrote.

1D continued, “But we don’t want to just tell you the title. Where’s the fun in that? Let’s play a game =) There are 8 letters and 3 words. The letters are hidden and YOU need to find them ;) Ready to go?”

One Direction: This Is Us will hit theaters on August 30th!

Justin Bieber And Selena Gomez To Battle It Out At Radio Disney Awards

Selena Gomez & Justin Bieber for Radio Disney AwardsTeen sensation Justin Bieber is set for a showdown with his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez as they battle it out for a prestigious honor at this year’s Radio Disney Awards.

The former sweethearts are both up for the Fiercest Fans prize at the annual ceremony, which celebrates the most popular recording artists among kids and teenagers and takes place at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles next month.

The couple split earlier this year and will face off at the ceremony to prove who has the most dedicated fan base.

British boy bands One Direction and The Wanted will battle it out with Mindless Behavior and R5 for the Best Music Group award while Song Of The Year will be a race between Taylor Swift (I Knew You Were Trouble), Justin Bieber (Beauty And A Beat feat. Nicki Minaj), Cher Lloyd (Want U Back) and One Direction (Live While We’re Young).

Bieber is also up against Bruno Mars, Cody Simpson and Austin Mahone for Best Male Artist while Gomez faces competition from Lloyd, Swift and Bridgit Mendler for Best Female Artist.

The ceremony will feature performances from several nominees including Gomez, Swift, Mendler and Lloyd.
