At the risk of adoring Twilight Fans the world over screaming a collective ‘no’ assuming their beloved stars are once again heading for splitsville, we should clarify. Word has it that while Robert Pattinson and Kirsten Stewart are indeed once again an item following their much publicized summer split, the newly rekindled lovebirds are set to face a work related separation.

Once the two have completed their publicity tours for the final installment in the Twilight Series (Breaking Dawn Part 2) Pattinson’s work will take him to Australia for three months where he will be filming The Rover with Guy Pearce. And apparently Pattinson does not want Stewart to accompany him.

It seems that while Pattinson may have forgiven his 22 year old girlfriend’s summertime ‘indiscretion’ with her married Snow White and The Huntsmen director Rupert Sanders, he’s decided that some time apart is what’s needed. The couple appear to have been inseparable in recent weeks, attending a much-papped Halloween bash in October and giving their first TV interview since the split on MTV News where the two seemed very relaxed and spent much of the interview giggling (and Stewart isn’t known for cracking a smile that much!). It seems a case of 26 year old Pattinson setting Stewart the ultimate test. Will absence make the heart grow fonder. Or wander??
