In an interview with Glamour Magazine, Jamie Lynn Spears (known for her role in Nickelodeon’s Zoey 101) is speaking out candidly for the first time about being a teen mom.

She told the mag, “I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls and the mothers who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn’t trying to glamorize teen pregnancy. I hated when [the tabloids] said that. Everybody is dealt a hand of cards. It was my choice to play them the way I played them. But the hateful comments hurt.”

Jamie seemed to completely disappear off the grid, even moving away from Los Angeles. What caused her to make this decision?

She said, “I just wanted to get away from it as much as I could, to just go away and be a mom and figure out what I wanted, and to earn a sense of respect back for myself. Move to a town in the middle of nowhere and just raise my child. All I could be was a good mother. If anybody had anything to say after that, there was nothing I could do.”

What’s Jamie Lynn up to now? She’s an aspiring country singer!

“I was a kid who did a kid show. Then I went away and raised my child, and the world has never met me as an adult,” she said. “This is the first time anybody is really meeting me as a grown woman and grown mother making a decision about what to do with my life… My music will speak for itself.”

Miley Cyrus is set to perform her newest song “You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go” on the Ellen DeGeneres Show Monday, February 6th. The song was originally featured on Dylan’s landmark 1975 album, ‘Blood on the Tracks’.

Ellen’s February 6th show is paying tribute to the work of Amnesty International. Here’s a sneak peek of Miley’s performance.

“The Lucky One” starring Zac Efron and Taylor Schilling, is headed to theaters April 20, 2012. The film is about “a Marine who travels to North Carolina after serving three tours in Iraq and searches for the unknown woman he believes was his good luck charm during the war.”

The actor recently sat down with Glamour magazine to chat about the movie, as well as take some questions from Glamour Facebook fans.

GLAMOUR: What was the hardest thing about doing your Lucky One role?

ZAC EFRON: It is sensitive playing a U.S. Marine sergeant. We met with a bunch of staff sergeants at Camp Pendleton. Most of them were my height, but they really had a lot of extra weight on them. So for the role I must have put on 25 pounds.

GLAMOUR: Was your diet crazy?

ZAC EFRON: If I could lay out on a table what I ate in one day, your jaw would drop. It was thousands and thousands of calories. One day I put three chicken breasts into a blender and hit “puree,” because I just couldn’t chew. Chewing was taking so long!

GLAMOUR: You really bulked up! This movie will presumably make you even more of a heartthrob. Who are your wildest female fans?

ZAC EFRON: You know, it’s the moms who are overaggressive. A lot of times their daughters are very sweet and cordial, and the moms tend to grab you and scream and want to kiss you. You gotta watch out for the moms.

This video of One Direction‘s Liam Payne was uploaded towards the end of January, but it’s just now getting noticed. What’s it all about? Liam covers Justin Bieber‘s single “One Time”.

If you watch the video, you’ll notice Liam even looks a little like Justin. He’s even been mistaken for him in the past! He said, “”It’s a compliment. But I want to be known as Liam from One Direction, not Bieber.” Aww, we don’t blame him.

What does a popular actress like Miranda Cosgrove do when she’s not shooing her show? She watches Keeping Up with the Kardashians, lays in bed and is bored out of her mind!

Miranda told E! Online that she is very happy to be back to work shooting episodes for her popular Nickelodeon show iCarly.

“I was so bored for a while, I just watched Keeping Up With the Kardashians and I laid in bed,” she laughed. “And then I started cleaning out my whole room and doing a whole bunch of boring stuff. So I’m super excited to be back.”

It’s been a fun season for Miranda already, which included meeting and filming an episode with The First Lady, Michelle Obama!

“It was crazy,” she dished. “There was Secret Service everywhere. It was really cool to have her guest star. We never thought we’d get to have Michelle Obama on the show.”

Young actors Hailee Steinfeld and Douglas Booth began shooting their film Romeo and Juliet in Italy reports EW.

The film is being directed by Julian Fellowes. He released a statement today about the film saying, ““Every generation is interested in love. I mean, there is something about young love that is heartbreaking, and I think every teenager in the world would agree. All of that is very powerful. The point about teenage love is it’s before cynicism comes in to reshape one’s attitudes. You love when you’re young in a way that you’ll probably never love again.”

Synopsis: A new cinematic adaptation of Shakespeare’s most famous tragedy - Romeo and Juliet are “star crossed lovers”. When two enemy families meet, forbidden love ensues. A William Shakespeare classic.
