The kids were out in full force Saturday evening at USC’s Galen Center for the 26th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards. On the red carpet, dozens of kids in color coordinated neon pink and yellow outfits waited patiently for their favorite stars to arrive, screamingly wildly for their favorites, including Kristen Stewart, Miranda Cosgrove, Selena Gomez, and Katy Perry. On the famous Orange Carpet, Gabby Douglas told EW that she’s excited to start her acting career. “I’m doing a couple of cameos. Just getting my feet wet. Perhaps after my gymnastics career, I’m going to start trying for some acting roles,” Douglas said, wearing a very grown up Donna Karan dress. And that out of all the people she knows, the Olympic gold medal-winner told EW that she’d want to see Nick Cannon get slimed — and boy did her wish come true.

The Josh Duhamel-hosted show was a slime filled romp, and nobody was safe. Even Neil Patrick Harris’ magic skills couldn’t keep himself and Sandra Bullock from getting doused with the famous green goo. As for the winners, The Hunger Games may have won for best movie and book, but Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence couldn’t beat out Kristen Stewart, who took away the Favorite Female Buttkicker Award (beating Oscar-winner Anne Hathaway too) and Favorite Movie Actress.

Katy Perry arrived to the 2013 Grammy Awards in a note-worthy mint green Gucci number, however, we found our eyes drawn more to the pop starlet’s flawless beauty look than her daring dress choice.

Channeling the glamour of the 70s, the “Piece of Me” singer kept her makeup clean and natural — with the exception of her dramatic peeper-popping lashes.

New Clip – Katy Perry: Part of Me in 3D

Coming to theaters this July 5th is a concert movie from singer Katy Perry. ‘Katy Perry: Part of Me‘ in 3D is a back stage pass, a front row seat and an intimate look at her life both on and off the stage.

Just released is a brand new clip from the movie. Check it out below!

During the filming of the movie back in 2011, Katy Perry and her husband Russell Brand split. Not only did she write a song obviously about the split (which I love by the way), but the movie will highlight some of their separation.

When asked if the divorce would be included in the movie, Katy told Ellen DeGeneres, “I thought it was important for me to show everything in between.”

She went on to say,”Sometimes, people think that we’re perfect, and we know we’re not perfect at all. I think it’s important to start breaking down the idea that to achieve your dream, you have to always be perfect or flawless or live in a fantasy world. So that’s why I decided to put everything into the film, in the most tasteful way.

“But, mostly, it’s about how I got there and the ride along the way, which can be bumpy, but mostly, it was extremely fun.”

Katy Perry and Friends Cover Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” Poolside

Debuting a new purple hair do, Katy Perry and her friends posted a video of them singing and dancing to Caryl Rae Jepsen‘s ‘Call Me Maybe’. And they did it poolside. How fun!

Katy has been busy attending the 2012 Coachella music festival.

Katy Perry isn’t the first musician and celebrity to post a video of herself singing this popular Carly Rae Jepsen song. Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Ashley Tisdale and others have also done the same thing. You can check out the video here.
