One Direction Set to Perform at 2012 Kids’ Choice Awards

They are taking the U.S. by storm! One Direction is not only touring with Big Time Rush, guest starring on iCarly and releasing an album here, but it was announced they’ll be performing at the 2012 Kids’ Choice Awards!

The band will also host Saturday nights on Nick throughout March, giving viewers exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the boys as they tour with Big Time Rush. One Direction will be sharing stories, secrets and music from the road, leading into the world premiere of the Nickelodeon original television movie event, Big Time Movie on Saturday, March 10 at 8:00 p.m.

The guys, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan, will perform their debut single “What Makes You Beautiful”.

The 2012 Kids’ Choice Awards airs on Saturday, March 31st at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Ariana Grande looks elegant on the orange carpet at Nickelodeon’s 24th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards in Los Angeles, California on Saturday (April 2nd).

The Victorious starlet tweeted earlier in the day about her excitement for the show! “Kids Choice Awards today, so exciting! Can’t wait to see good friends & meet lots of awesome kids. I will make sure to tweet when I can.”
